Kate
Kate’s journey with yoga began in 2001
where Sumit Banerjee of Sumit’s Bikram Yoga in
Scottsdale, AZ introduced her to the gift of yoga and
inspired Kate to become an instructor. After moving
back to her native Utah, Kate received her Kids Yoga
Teacher Training (KYTT) certification through Flow
Yoga under the guidance of Brandi Allen. Kate learned
that yoga is not just about what you do on the mat but
how you incorporate yoga into your daily life. It is
Kate’s intention to bring the joy and heart of yoga to
kids, teens and adults through asana practice.
Namaste!
